We use a third-party called Petscreening.com to make pet decisions in our communities. Dogs are given a FIDO score based on our insurance company requirements, size, age, history, etc. Any dog with a FIDO score of 2 or more will be allowed. Some breeds will automatically receive a 0 FIDO score. Those breeds include but are not limited to:
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- American Bulldog
- American Staffordshire Terrier
- Bandog
- Boerboel
- Boxer
- Bull Terrier
- Chow-Chow
- Dalmatian
- Doberman Pincher
- Dogo
- German Shepherd
- Great Dane
- Mastiff
- Pit Bull
- Presa Canario
- Rottweiler
- Siberian Husky
- Any mixed breed including one of the aforementioned breeds in its lineage
