If you’re looking for a way to improve your community, you’ve found it! You can submit a home improvement request form to make changes to your lot or home or you can submit a resident survey letting us know how you feel about living at KP Communities.

Making home improvements? We’re always happy when our residents want to improve the look of their manufactured home, and there are many things you can do to create the perfect home for you and your family. Please submit a request form for approval.
